Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

The cleaning fee reflects the care required to professionally clean and sanitize the space between stays. A $100 pet fee applies per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets. Laundry access is available for reasonable personal use by registered guests for $20 per week or portion thereof. For longer stays, guests may provide their own laundry supplies or coordinate arrangements with the host.
