Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Cleaning fees reflect the additional care taken to professionally clean and sanitize the space between stays. A $150 pet fee applies for up to 2 pets. Additional pets may be considered upon request. The washer and dryer are located in the shared garage and are available by advance request for $20 for each week, or portion of a week. For stays of 10 nights or fewer, the laundry fee includes a reasonable supply of detergent and dryer sheets. For stays longer than 10 nights, guests must provide their own high-efficiency laundry detergent and other laundry supplies. The fee covers reasonable personal laundry use by registered guests only. Please request laundry access before using the washer or dryer. The applicable fee will be added to the reservation, and any additional payment must be completed through the booking platform before use.
